LifeScape Recipes: Red and Ready

A great smoothie focused on your vitality! 

Red & Ready


  • 1 cup hibiscus tea
  • 1 cup sweet cherries, pitted (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ½ tsp cinnamon, ground
  • 4 ice cubes


Blend and add ice last to thickness desired.  Enjoy!
