LifeScape Recipes: Immunity Green Drink

Hydrating, immune boosting, alkalinizing – a great start to your day!

Immunity Green Drink by Katrine Van Wyk

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut water, Harmless Harvest
  • 2 leaves romaine lettuce
  • ½ green apple
  • ¼ cucumber
  • ¼ avocado
  • ½ lemon, peeled
  • ½ inch piece fresh ginger
  • ½ cup fresh parsley or cilantro (or a blend of the two)
  • Ice cubes if needed

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients until combined.  Enjoy!
