How to Get Rid of Turkey Neck Without Surgery

Step 1: Start stretching daily

Gently stretch your neck daily by moving your head from side to side (like shaking your head “No”) and moving it up and down (like shaking your head “Yes”). Try placing your hand on your sternum to create a deeper stretch when moving your head backwards. Also be sure to pay attention to your posture when sitting down or working on a computer. Keep your head held high like the queen that you are! This will ultimately help you to tighten your neck muscles and train them to stay taut.

Step 2: Strengthen your neck muscles

No, we don’t recommend holding barbells in your teeth to strengthen your neck muscles. Instead, use this relatively simple yoga strengthening move.

Sit back on a chair with your back straight and slowly lean your head back until you’re staring at the ceiling. Pout or pucker your lips as though you are kissing the ceiling. Hold the pose for a few seconds. Repeat 10 times.

This yoga move will help you to flex your neck muscles. Over time, this will help them to build strength and reduce the look of turkey neck.

Step 3: Roll it out

If you’ve seen someone selling jade or other types of facial rollers, you may have thought “what the heck is that?” Well, it actually does work to smooth out and repair your face and neck skin.
