COVID-19 Testing Guide

Whether you're currently experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, been exposed recently or in the past, or just wondering if you already had COVID-19 and what your immunity looks like; all can be tested at LifeScape.  

It's important to understand which COVID-19 test you should be taking, depending on your specific situation. If you're unsure which COVID-19 test is right for you, check out our quick guide below.

 

Displaying any symptoms* of COVID-19

Submit the form below or call LifeScape's front office to schedule a Rapid COVID-19 Antigen Nasal Swab.

We advise STRICT ISOLATION for 10 days from symptom onset, regardless of test results,  as well as for 72 hours after your primary symptoms are resolving.

*Symptoms include loss of sense of smell/taste, fever, muscle aches, headache, dry cough, shortness of breath, nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, blue toes. For more information check out our COVID-19 Symptom Guide

 

Recent exposure to COVID-19; within the past 5 days

Submit the form below or call LifeScape's front office to schedule a Rapid COVID-19 Antigen Nasal Swab at least 5 days after your initial exposure.

We advise QUARANTINING for 14 days after initial exposure, regardless of test results, and monitor for symptoms.

*Symptoms include loss of sense of smell/taste, fever, muscle aches, headache, dry cough, shortness of breath, nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, blue toes. For more information check out our COVID-19 Symptom Guide

 

Recent exposure to COVID-19; 5-21 days ago

Submit the form below or call LifeScape's front office to schedule a Rapid COVID-19 Antigen Nasal Swab.

We advise QUARANTINING for 14 days after initial exposure, regardless of test results, and monitor for symptoms.

Exposure to COVID-19; 21+ days ago 

Submit the form below or call LifeScape's front office to schedule a Vibrant COVID-19 Antibody Panel.

 

Possible past infection

Submit the form below or call LifeScape's front office to schedule a Vibrant COVID-19 Antibody Panel.

 

High Risk Occupation, Environment or Close Contacts

Consider scheduling a Rapid COVID-19 Antigen Nasal Swab (tests for presence of COVID-19 antigen) and/or Vibrant COVID-19 Antibody Panel (tests for immune response to COVID-19 – identifies recent or past exposure)
